Direct Instruction

Direct instruction is highly teacher centered.


 Lecture is used and questining what, where, when, and how.
The teacher models and the students are expected to do a task.  There is practicing and drilling also used. Prior knowledge is assessed and corrective feedback is also given.
For applied behavior analysis the following are used. ABC A-antecedent, b-behavior and c-consequence .
